Reindexing Problem

We use version 10.4 and have it installed on a server operating with Server 2003 version of Windows. Lately, after running Reindex, we receive a message that says the reindexing was completed but the following problem was found - "Transaction detail key duplicated".Does anyone have a clue on how to correct this problem? Thank you, Jim Harrington
