Printing Monthly Report

Post by fbcacctg »

Every time I try to print the "Income and Expense by Month" report in Fund Accounting...I get a message on my screen that says "the default paper of the currrent printer Dell 2330dn Laser Printer is smaller than the letter standard. Please select an appropriate printer and paper combination for proper formatting"

I get this message no matter what printer I select. And it seems to only appear when I try running this specific report. Has anyone else encountered this? And if I try to run this report in Landscape....it won't.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Yes, I have gotten the same message before, but I'm no help as I can't remember how I overcame it. But at least you know it's not just you getting the message. :D

Are you sure you're on the latest Maintenance Release. I remember this being trouble for landscape reports. It should have been corrected back in July.

hi,

Yes, I always update to the latest Maintenance release when it comes out...the last maintenance release I downloaded for PCP is 9/15/10. I see that another new maintenance release just came out today.

If this is still happening with the 11/2/2010 MR, please contact Tech Support.
