Is there a way to keep track of people attending an event (that have signed up or have been invited)?
How long are events kept on the calendar? Can I go back a year or two for an event and see who had attended or helped with something?
I know I can mark people under activities, but if I have CLASS 101 on the calendar, I don't want to have an activities list with everyone that has ever taken CLASS 101, but at the same time, I don't want to have 100 different CLASS 101 activities by date.
