Ver 11.1, nothing new, same process as always ... when I try to restore a backup, a message pops up that says
frm_pcbackup.get_backupfiles
Line: 121
error: 31
message: Invalid subscript reference
and the program closes down

Re: can't restore backup
First off, I'd make sure that you have the latest Maintenance Release installed, then try again. If the error happens again, I'd call Powerchurch directly. This sounds like a variable in the program is not being set properly.
FWIW ... I don't remember seeing this type of error pop up in the forums before.

Re: can't restore backup
It's strange, but messing around with this, we were able to recreate the error.
The scenario that we found was by taking a zip file which is not actually a backup file made in PowerChurch Plus, and renamed it to pcbackup_.zip.
That doesn't necessarily mean that is your specific situation, but we found the problem and have written up a bug to get it fixed in both 11 and 11.5.

Re: can't restore backup
Hmmm... I DID rename the backup file after I made it. I thought I had done that previously too .. but maybe not. I will make a new backup file at any rate, and NOT rename it and see if that makes a difference.

Re: can't restore backup
PowerChurch needs the backup filenames to stay the same.
