We had a company called LifeTouch come in 4 years ago and take everyone's picture for a church directory. They provided us with a digital copy of all of those pictures that we added to PowerChurch. We just had new pictures taken over the summer and will be getting the new photos soon.

To update the photos for each family I only know to go to Membership, Family Mailing List, Maintain Family Mailing List and then go to each family one by one and on the Picture tab, update the photo. Is there an easier way to do this? Thanks.

There is an import feature that will import pictures from Lifetouch to the individual personal profiles:

Personal Profiles -> Setup -> Import Pictures from Pictorial Directory

Not sure if it will do any family photos. That said, you could try to see what the import does by doing a complete backup, import the photos and check to see what was updated. If it didn't import correctly, you could restore from the backup.
