reinstall
Hard drive died. Installed program on new computer. Restored contribution files. Problem-contibution info is there, but no names. Restored membership info still no names show up in contribution module. Never done this before. Obviously missing a step...what is it?

What backup are you restoring ?? Is it a full PCPlus backup using a backup made using the PCPlus backup utility ??fbcjl wrote:Hard drive died. Installed program on new computer. If not, you may be trying to restore backups from two separate areas from two separate times. The link between contributions and Membership is the envelope number. If you are not doing a full restore, you may be completely out of sync with the envelope database files.
