I have run into a problem backing up. I receive an error which says: DynaZip Zip Error
Could not create output file
A:\PCBACKUP_20050117_1939ADP.ZIP
What is the problem & how do I fix it. I have dowloaded the maintenance download but that didn't help. Thx

Could be a bad disk, or a problem with your disk drive. You can try to reinstall the dynazip files by either running the netsetup9.exe (located in the program directory) or reinstalling from CD.

FYI. I guess when the disk is write protected that is the message that it gives. Go figure. Ha!Ha! After doing what you suggested it still did not work - it wasn't until I decided to use the windows backup when it said that the disk was write protected. Eureka! I'll never make that mistake again. Ha!Ha!
