I meant to backup only Accounting files, but I backed up All files from my home computer. The church computer used this backup disk and it wiped out all church data, leaving only Accounting data. Any way to go back in time before this restore? Please help!

Ouch! Only if you have a full backup available to you from the Church data before the restore of the home data. A restore overwrites all data inside that backup, as you just found out.
