Leave Past Offices Served Alone
We were just entering the new offices served, and wanted to put the Treasurer in for a new one year term. It would not let us do a new listing because one already existed. We could only change the ending date. This does not let us see how many terms someone has served. It would be nice to have this set to allow "terms" rather than "titles" in a new update.

Which version of PowerChurch are you using? I know the program used to work the way you are saying. But this was changed a few versions ago. I would have to research back to see exactly when we made this changes.
Double checking version 10 and I am able to add a person multiple times in Maintain Offices Served. It won't let you have terms that overlap. What exact dates are you using for the person's terms?
