Maintain Activities & Skills

I am adding new activities under the "Maintain Activities & Skills" menu. Under the lower categories on the screen, Activity Department, Activity Type and Default Role the option under the drop down menu for <Add New Code> is missing. I am assuming this is a software bug or how do I go about adding new options to these lists... thanks

The issue may be that you've not been given the permissions to add/change new codes? That is a permission setting under Preferences -> Passwords & Permissions -> User Profiles -> System Utilities tab.
