Directory Format "See Spouse Listing" second class members

When we print a PDF phone directory of our members and associates, when spouses do not have the same last name, the software apppears to select one as the primary member with full listing and puts an entry in for the spouse as:

BLOW, Joe - see MCDONALD, Bessie.

It does list the phone numbers for the person. But this seems very arbitrary and creates "second class" member listing. We have several couples where the woman has not changed her last name, and this is a fundamental issue for Latino families, where the last name is not changed. So every Latino wife is listed this way, see husband.

We can't find any way to get the software to print a full listing for each member. I think we can do a CSV export and manually format, but that's a lot of trouble for each update.

Any help? We are running version 14.
