1 Activity, 1 Person, Multiple Roles

We have our system set up very similar to this:

However, we have found that it is not possible to have a person involved in 1060 (Sr. High Sunday School)and have a role as a teacher for 1060 and a role as a secretary for 1060. Is this true? Is there another way to look at it? Is there another way to set up the system so that we can track attendance and allow someone to have multiple roles within an activity code?

The only option I could think of is add another role called "Teacher/Secretary". If someone have a better solution chime in.
