Mailing label...with phone number?

Is it possible to print out an address sized mailing label from the Family mailing list and include the family phone number on it?
Our new pastor needs a rolodex made up for her. The roladex I ordered came with individual cards, not the computer ready sheets. I'm not about to handwrite 400 cards! So I was thinking I would do labels with phone numbers...but I can't figure it out!
Any help would be appreciated!!!

You can give this a try in the Custom Report Writer:

Otherwise, there is not a built-in option to include phone numbers on labels.
