NEWBIE...Add Email Address to Profile

Hello Everyone, I am a complete newbie to Power Church.

I am trying to input membership information and I am looking for a place to add an email address to the profile using the Integrated Data Entry form...I find no place to add one...What am I missing?

Currently there is only one place to store Email addresses, and that's on the individual's personal profile form. If you have an email address that you would want to use for the whole family, I would put it on the #1 profile for the family, and set that address to receive bulk emails.

I read in another post where you may be adding the "Family Email" feature in the next release...Is this still the case? That would make it so much easier on our part...

Like for instance, I have a personal email address and so does my wife...We also have one set for the family...See what I mean?

FWIW ... I don't work for Powerchurch, I'm just a long time user, and tend to know a few tricks about the program. That said, I'm still learning

If I remember right, that is a feature that is supposedly being added to Version 11. I suspect that we'll hear more about it toward the end of the year.
