Other Church management software I have used have allowed me to put a number of visitors on the attendance entry screen. This would be very helpful as we don't always get addresses and other information from people who only attend one or two times.
Here is how that should work in PCP. At the bottom of the quick entry screen, there should be a box marked "plus" in which you can enter a number. That number would be added to the number of "P's" when pulling reports for attendance for that class.

This question has come up once or twice before. The database is not setup to track this type of information, its setup to track people, not numbers, creating the attendance reports from that data.lynnallan wrote:Other Church management software I have used have allowed me to put a number of visitors on the attendance entry screen. What we do in our church is enter what data we get, even if its a name only. This way we have the data of who attended. However, as you said, you may not even get a name, in which case our deacons count the number of attenders for a total count, and keep that in a Deacons Ledger.
It may not be efficient in all cases, but it works fine for now.
That said, I can see that this could be a nice addition for whenever they revamp the database.
