Pictorial Directory output in V. 9

Previous to installing v. 9, when I produced a Pictorial Directory report, I would see the home phone, cell phone, and fax numbers found in the mailing list module. Today, I notice that only the home phone is in the output. Is this a bug in the program. We need to show all numbers listed in this module. I even tried checking the box that prints unlisted phone numbers. Help, we are ready to go to press on our directory!

There are two Pictorial Directory reports in membership. One under Mailing List, and the other under Personal Profiles. It looks like both are broken at this time, as neither one prints the 'family mailing list' phone numbers.
