Version 11 Names Missing on Activity List

Previously in version 9 we were having alot of issues w/ names that were connected to an activity group. For some reason when we print either labels or printing attendance rosters and certain names do not appear. When we go back and check their profile the given names that are missing are listed in the group. We have gone as far as deleting them out of the group, deleting their profile completely and recreating them but still in version 11 certain names will not print on labels/lists. Can this be fixed? What is broken?

The first thing I would check is to make sure that the "Include in membership module reports" option is checked.
