Another booklet directory question

I tried to print a directory in booklet form and the far right column, the phone numbers, leaves off the last 2 numbers in the phone number as well as the page number.
How can I adjust the margins so that it will all fit on the page?

In version 9, you can specify a top and bottom margin. Since you're printing in landscape mode for that format, your "right" margin is actually the "bottom" margin. You can try to adjust that in File->Preferences->User Setup Options->Reports. Of course, you may be dealing with an actual hardware limitation. Your printer may not be able to print in that area. If that's the case, there's not much you can do.

I just now saw that option. I'll try and see if that helps. If it's the printer, then I'll just have to print in a different format.
