I like the barcode report for attendance.
We are trying to get the same type of thing on our nametags.
Since there is not a direct option to do this, we thought we'd export a file as text/csv something. Then our nametag guru would print off laser tags and we barcode software to have the persons ID show up on the back of their tag.
For all attendees of a service, ushers just swipe/swipe/swipe and we're done! But the export of barcode looks like just a couple of crazy number/letter combinations.... "233a.a:>>" for example.
So. How do I get whatever that number is exported as a number, so that we can print it on nametags, and swipe it into attendance?
Thanks for your suggestions.

What you are seeing is the actual information encoded into the barcode. It is a unique number that first identifies the family and then another number that identifies the person in the family. (Directory Sequence)
If you use the BC UPC Narrow font to print the information that was exported, it should print a correct barcode. You will have to set that as the font to use for that field in whatever program is printing the name tags.
