Importing Pictures

I have 11.5 version and trying to import my pictures into Family Mailing List. Can you give me step by step process, please? I've tried importing but it says to 'check with system administrator'. I have access to everything.

Are you networked? If so, are you running on a client, or the main computer ?? Are you on the latest Maintenance Release.

FWIW ... if you have access to 'add, change and delete', then this sounds like a Windows issue. If you're networked, it sounds like the folder has not been setup with FULL permissions to all users on the network.

Unfortunately, more information is needed to be able to give assistance.

I would definitely check to make sure that the Server computer has FULL PERMISSIONS sharing setup on the POWERCHURCH directory and ALL subdirectories. I suspect that is the problem you're seeing.
