Activity Attendance Report
I'm trying to print out a Activity Attendance Report for our elders. But, the report is not showing recently added members. I have added the elder name in the personal profile page but still no luck.
Re: Activity Attendance Report
Are they added to the Elder activity ?? And do they all have "Include in Membership" reports box checkmarked ??mike@lscc wrote:I'm trying to print out a Activity Attendance Report for our elders. Re: Activity Attendance Report
Has attendance been recorded since the person was added to the activity? The report looks at who was in attendance, not the current members.
It does this because you might be looking at the 5th grade Sunday School class from last year. Those children probably have graduated to the next class.

I'll check Neil and Jeff, thanks.
Re: Activity Attendance Report
I'v been looking but how do I know if they have been added to the "elder activity"? and where would I find the "Include in Membership" reports box?? The other item i have found is that when you print the "activity attendance report" lets say for the previous month, and I do it for each elder, no where on the report does it ID that elder...is there somewhere you have to go to tell it to do that??
Thanks in advance! mike

Re: Activity Attendance Report
There is a function under the Activities & Skills module called Maintain Offices Served there is where you can maintain any record of offices held/currently serving in such as elder, deacon, trustee, etc. You will probably have to add the activity to the system (Session, Elder, Board of Deacon) and so on, but once its there, you can update the offices served through this function.mike@lscc wrote:I'v been looking but how do I know if they have been added to the "elder activity"? and where would I find the "Include in Membership" reports box?? The Include in Membership Reports is one of the three checkboxes located on the Family Mailing List Record.

Re: Activity Attendance Report
I found the check box! But, under activities we only have two, worship services and sunday worship services. But, we do have our elders under a "code".
One more question; I'm trying to print a report where I can pick the elder and hit "run" and it will only list names, nothing else (i.e address, phone #, etc). Is there a way to do that?
Right now, I'm using the Selected Profiles-Full Details but I dont see anything else to choose that will give me just names?
I noticed to that when I do print the activity attendance for each elder it does not indicate what elder on the report any where?
thanks again!

Re: Activity Attendance Report
Well, if you're using a code to get the proper names, but you only want a list of names, no additional info, you have two options:
1. Easy: two choices
a: export to an Excel spreadsheet, and drop the columns with the data you don't want
b: export to a Word document, and do the same thing
2. A bit harder
Create a custom report to pull the data you want using that code, and only select the data items of first & last names to create the report.
