I had to quickly set up persons in the system in order to do contribution statements. I am now needing to be able to keep up with attendance so how do I set up personal profiles and link it to families to they work correctly?
I appreciate any help you can provide. This is the last thing before I know how to use all aspects of the program.

You should have created a Personal Profile under a Family Mailing List Profile. If not, you can MOVE it to the correct Mailing List Profile.jaimemwilliams wrote:I had to quickly set up persons in the system in order to do contribution statements. As far as attendance, you need to permanently add the new person to the activity you want to track attendance on.

Re: Family and Personal Profiles
Thank you I was able to figure out how to get it done and it is working nicely now. I do have one more question as far as on Sunday morning, Sunday Evening and Wednesday Evening we only do a total count not an individual attendance record for those services. Is there anywhere in the program that you can put just a total number that attended a service versus marking everyone in attendance?
Re: Family and Personal Profiles
No, the system is designed for individual attendance. A 'total' attendance iw often better kept on an external spreadsheet or document.jaimemwilliams wrote:Thank you I was able to figure out how to get it done and it is working nicely now. IMHO .. individual attendance insures that you can better track who is or is not attending, thus enabling better followup for visitors, and members.
