Rolodex Cards

I have some questions regarding printing rolodex cards, the sheet variety, on a laserjet printer.

1) Is there a way to avoid wasting the last sheet of cards if only one or two cards are printed on last sheet? I print monthly updates for seven rolodex files, and unless by chance there are enough changes to fill the card sheets (8 cards per sheet), I end up with wasted cards in each set.

2) I love the label preview feature added with Vs. 9, but wish there could be a preview of rolodex cards also. I usually print a set on paper first, but it would be nice to check them out on screen and save printing them on paper, plus each time you print you have to go back and set up everything again. A "back" button so you could go back and tweak things a bit would sure be nice!

3) Why is it that, when an alternate address is in effect according to the dates, the main address is all that prints on the rolodex card? Even if there could be an option to print both addresses as there is in the directory set up, that would be a help.
