One student-two households
Our school has encountered a situation in which the court has mandated that both parents (separate households) be copied on all school correspondence. The student is a member of an A&S group. But the student can only be tied back to one household. Does anyone know of a work around that would allow the school to copy two households when corresponding (email/bulk mail) about the student's activities?

This is not a perfect solution, but you could create a parents of A&S group. Then put both parents into that group. When printing labels or sending e-mail use the parents of group. You will have to maintain that list to make sure all the parents are members of it.

Jeff... thanks for the suggestion. The school may adopt the idea if there are no other practical solutions. While the situation is somewhat a rarity, it is a reality even in our parochial environment. Mike
