I am running attendance reports, but notice that quite a few people are randomly missing and I cannot figure out why. I'm trying to use the Summary of Personal Attendance report to generate a calling list. I'm using activities 5001 - 5006 and asking for select personal statuses.
However, the final report is missing names. There is a missing family, there is a family where only the husband shows up, but his wife and children are missing. Without going through the entire database, I do not know who is missing, and cannot isolate why.
Any ideas what to look for?

1. Make sure that the Include in Membership Reports checkbox is checked on all the families
2. Make sure that all members are included in the activity.

Thanks - is there any way to make that a default or does it have to be done manually every time a family is added?

The Include in Membership Reports being checked is the default. However, sometimes it is unchecked if mail is bouncing, people leave, etc.AngelaNaz wrote:Thanks - is there any way to make that a default or does it have to be done manually every time a family is added?

Re: People Missing from Reports
There is a report called Families Not Included in Membership Reports that you can run under Membership > Family Mailing List > Reports - Family Mailing List. This will show you a list of all the families that have that box unchecked.
