Can you tell me what is the best way to code areas where New Members indicate they would like to become involved. I currently have a form with 10 Committees listed. Under each Committee are between 10-15 sub-areas where they can become involved. Example: Committee - Outreach; Area - Clean up after Fellowship Hour.
I think I should assign an Activity code for each committe and sub-area and use that to track who wants to do what. However, in a few years, people's interests change. Is there a better way to track their interests? I'd like to have the ability to enter a code and pull up everyone who is interested in cleaning up after Fellowship Hour.
Thanks,
Myra

Re: Recording people's Committee Interests
Activities & Skills would be the best way to track this.
