Entering Sunday School Information

I wanted to know how some of you are handling your SS attendance. For example, if a child only comes to SS and is on roll, what are you entering in the personal status on the profile. Did you create an entry for SS Only. I know these children do not attend worship service but they may be in children's church, etc. Have no record of this.

Also, do you enter SS visitors in PC. If so, please give an idea of how this flows. Thank you.

For kids only attending Sunday School, or our Wednesday kids night, we list them as 'friend of congregation'. We have the parents listed the same so we have a record of the parents/guardian.

Sunday school visitors, if they are visitors, are listed as visitors, and entered on the Sunday School attendance once, we don't add them permanently, unless they start attending on a regular basis, in which case they are entered on the class list 'permanently', and we change their status to 'friend of congregation'.
