Voting Membership Report

I need to make a list that shows only voting members. Our constitution requires that a member be a giving and attending member to qualify to vote. This means that if they give any amount, even $1, and have attended at least 1 Sunday in the last year that would make them eligible to vote. Is there a report that would show both of those in one report, giving and attending? Do I have to make my own report? I don't need the amounts of the giving or the number of times attended. Just names. I do not know how to make my own report but I'm guessing this might be a time I will have to learn. Can I get some help?

There is a report in Personal Profiles called "Active Profiles" that selects on attendance and contribution dates to give you a list of people that have been "active" in one way or another during the selected date range.

Go to Membership > Personal Profiles > Reports - Personal Profiles. It will be found at the bottom of the list.
