Is there a way to run a report to list envelope numbers assigned to members without having to run the Full Details report?
Thank you,

Re: Envelope Numbers
I should have given you a little more information. We actually are going to try and combine two Power Church databases. Both databases are running 11.1. However, one database is used strictly for Financials and is located on a laptop that our previous Treasurer kept at home.
We now want to combine the databases so our new Treasurer can work at the church. The problem is I work on the church network and do all the Membership data. Back in 2003, when PowerChurch was purchased, the previous Treasurer entered Envelope Numbers through Membership. I do not have access to the Financial/Contribution module. The previous Treasurer used to change Envelope Numbers for each member family every year in her database. I never kept this up on my database since I don't work with the monies. We were told by PowerChurch support that I have to eliminate all the old envelope numbers I have so we won't run into problems when the two are combined.
So, is there a report that I can run from my Membership database to get all members with envelope numbers so the numbers can be removed? Or, what would you suggest?
Thank you,
Myra Z

Re: Envelope Numbers
Myra .. you do not have any access to the Contributions module on the Church's computer ?? What I would do is have the church system admin give you read only access to Contributions on the church system for now. This way you can print that report, or have the system admin run the report for you.dcc wrote:I should have given you a little more information. My suggestion is print the report both in Alphabetical Order and in Envelope Order.
The other option is to create a Custom Report, however, it may be easier to get temporary access or have the report printed for you.
