How do I change a last name?
How do I change a last name in PowerChurch for a woman who got a divorce and wants to go back to her maiden name? I plan on keeping the same envelope number for her. (Note: Her former husband's name is not in the system).

Under Membership > Integrated Data Entry, use the Locate button to bring up her family/household record.
Change the name in the Household Key name fields at the top and also in the Mailing Name field, which is the top line of the address for labels.
Then on the Family Members tab, select her profile and click the Edit Profile button and change the name there as well.
