sending email to parents not in child's family record

Hello,

I need to be able to send email to parents of children who are in a different family record. How can I get the "send email to parent" report to pull these other email addresses? Is there a way to tag other adults somehow in a kid's profile so that they will be pulled as a parent? Or can I list more than one email address, separated by a comma, on the email field line for the parent or family record?

What field(s) are being pulled for the "Group Email - Parents of Selected Activities" report?

Normally the email setup on the Family Mailing List record, or if that is not entered, Personal Profile #1 or #2 (I believe) is then used. However, you can add another email address to the Family Mailing List record's email address, or the Personal Profiles Email address and separate them by a comma.
