Work Numbers in Church Directory

Post by stpaulluth »

I was wondering how to show the work phone numbers that have been input in the Personal Profiles so that they show in the Church Directory. Any help will be appreciated.

Are you really sure you want to do that ... there is a reason why it is not available as an option. Many people would rather not have that work number listed or given out due to business rules about personal use.

I would like that option for making directories just for myself and the pastor. Our pastor does not always have access to the computer to look up numbers, so having work numbers option in a directory would be great.

If you are wanting a report for in house use. look at the family grouped report in Personal Profiles. It is like a church directory but contains additional information like member statuses, all phone numbers. and ages of children.

Good idea, Jeff. Or you can do as we did, get the pastor a Palm PDA, and a copy of Pocket Powerchurch.

He thinks its the greatest thing since sliced bread !
