I had tried tweaking the variables you had noted in your earlier reply, and always had the same end result - numerous 450 messages. I took the CSV file of email addresses and pasted it into the BCC of the same SMTP server, but using an Outlook mail client and all works fine.

I just tried it again using PowerChurch, and by selecting the test option you mentioned in your most recent reply, and I got the same results - 69 of the "450 Too many messages" report.

I am baffled.

Regarding copying all the addresses into the BCC, that's one email being sent, so I would expect that to always work.

As for the "Too many messages" errors, I can't see it being anything other than what it is, the email provider has sending limits on the server (or at least for SMTP access) that is not documented for their customer service staff to know about.

OK - Thanks. I will attempt to escalate to Tier-2 or Tier-3 support within the Telco.
