Sorting Information

Post by RLM »

We are preparing to have a business meeting in the church and I want to sort attendance (morning worship service) data to determine the NAMES of "members" that have been in attendance within the past 6 months.

I have tried several of the preloaded reports and none of them (that I can determine) is going to give me the information that I need before our meeting.

Can anyone who uses PC regularly help me here?

I only use PC for Contributions and someone other than myself is responsible for the Attendance module.

You need to use the Summary of Personal Attendance report, and set it up for the activity and date range you want to pull. Then you should select the percentage of attendance you want to pull .. do not select 0% thru 100%, I'd do 50% thru 100% to pull the fairly regular churchgoers.

Then select the personal profile of MEMBER only from the list of personal profile status displayed. This will pull up your report.

Thank you Neil!

I continue to be very impressed with PC+.

I don't get the opportunity to really dive into it, but I hope to in the future. This is SO much better than the application software that this church had when I came on staff here. It's night & day difference by comparison.

Thank you so much for PC+ support (the other was sadly lacking) and the professionalism that you exhibit.

I totally agree about the ease-of-use of Powerchurch, as well as the support. However, much of the support here is 'user-to-user' as well as staff support.

I'm just someone who originally did a comparison of most of the church software packages back in 2000, and chose PC+ because of its intregration of the databases and accounting functions, the fact it can be easily learned by volunteers, and that you can't find a package that packs as much into it for the money.

Over the years I've gotten to know the package quite well, and try to assist others. However, you'll find that the staff show up on the forums daily to answer and assist with issues that users don't have answers for.

I've seen that with the type of support here, users get answers faster and, much as you are, very satisfied with the results.
