Custom Mailintg Labels

We use Avery 5161 labels for name tags. The name tags have a large font for the first name and a smaller font fort the last name. How can we build a name tag like this in PC 9.0? We use Windows XP. Thanks.

You would need to create a custom report. But I think it would be much easier to export the data to Word or the free Avery software, then use that software with a mail merge.
