Consecutive Absentee Report

Post by Chad »

On the last wish list I added that I would like to have the Consecutive Absentee Report be able to accept a range of numbers just like the others. I like the new update, but was disappointed when this was not added.

Are there plans to do this in the future? We need to run this report every week for every class for our visitation. We intend to utilize these reports to contact those who have missed 3, 5 and 7 consecutive weeks. It would be very time consuming if our input person had to do each class one at a time.

Doesn't running the report show all those who have missed 3 or more times ?? Surely anyone who reviews the report will see that under the Times Absent column the number of times missed.

Ok, maybe I wasn't clear in my post. You can't put in a range of Activity Numbers. We have 22 Sunday School Classes and you can only do one class at a time. Most other reports allow you to put in a range of Activity Numbers, such as the Activity Statistics Report that we use to check our Grand Totals for each Sunday.

Does this make more sense?

Is this possible? Maybe in a Maintenance Release so we don't have to wait for another update?

Hey guys ... here's another one for the wish list !!

Not being on the PC+ staff, I'm not sure if this could be handled in a MR, but I expect it can be added to the next version.
