Missing records in church directories

Created a pre-difined church directory in different styles by extracting only Member & Attendee Status Codes. Several did NOT get included. Double checked Pers. Profiles and they are coded correctly. Tried extracting all Status codes, and still missing! Could there be anything else in the profiles that would exclude them from Directories? Also ran report of count by Status codes, and the Number of Members & Attendees appears to be accurate! Using PCP9. Thanks!!

If you look at the family record of one of the people who are missing (using the Integrated Data Entry or Maintain Family Mailing List screen) you will probably find that the "Incl in Membership module reports" box is not checked.

This is usually the case when people are missing from Membership module reports.
