Outlook - Partial Download

Hi,

I'm wondering if there's a way to only download selected people to Outlook. We've been using PowerChurch for a long time and have a lot of people in the database who have long since moved on or only visited once. I only want to download current people to Outlook.

I am assuming that you're using the Update Outlook Contacts function under Personal Profiles.

The only way to filter out such people is to change their personal status code to something other than Member and then not selecting that personal status code when the filter criteria dialog box appears. I would assume that you assign the code of Visitor to those people who are new to the church, thus if you select only the status code of Member, you'll only pick up the current members.
