I'm sorry, i didn't realize from your original post that you don't have a C: drive at all. Normally, when the Windows drive is pushed out to F: or H: or whatever, it is because a different drive has been labeled as C:.
Tracy's suggestion of installing the version 11 beta will not only fix your issue, but you will get a better Pictorial Directory than is included in version 10 anyway!
