We need a list of people who have been missing from the church for 5 weeks. The problem is that there seems to be no way of running this report across the board. For example: a couple comes to a Wednesday night activity every week but not Sunday services. They come to Sunday Services 1 week and then 5 weeks later end up on the consecutive absentee report. Is there a way to make a custom report that would show you if they had not been in "ANY" activity for 5 weeks instead of if they have been missing from just 1 activity for 5 weeks? It is giving a lot of false names. Thank you.

The consecutive absentee report can be grouped by activity type instead of by activity number. If you are not using activity types you could assign all your activities the same type. That might work. I have another idea but need to double check a couple of things before i post about it.
