Filters in Personal Profiles Birthday/Anniversary Report

The filters in the updated birthday & anniversary report in the v11.55 update/MR work well, too well. It should work to eliminate the widows/widowers in the anniversary side of the report, but should NOT work at all in the Birthday side of the report.
Sounds like an easy fix.

Yep, that's how it was supposed to be working. I have written up a bug report and we will get it updated in the next MR.
