People Missing from Reports

I am running attendance reports, but notice that quite a few people are randomly missing and I cannot figure out why. I'm trying to use the Summary of Personal Attendance report to generate a calling list. I'm using activities 5001 - 5006 and asking for select personal statuses.
However, the final report is missing names. There is a missing family, there is a family where only the husband shows up, but his wife and children are missing. Without going through the entire database, I do not know who is missing, and cannot isolate why.
Any ideas what to look for?

Check two things:
1. Make sure that the
Include in Membership Reports checkbox is checked on all the families
2. Make sure that all members are included in the activity.

Thanks - is there any way to make that a default or does it have to be done manually every time a family is added?

The
Include in Membership Reports being checked is the default. However, sometimes it is unchecked if mail is bouncing, people leave, etc.

There is a report called Families Not Included in Membership Reports that you can run under Membership > Family Mailing List > Reports - Family Mailing List. This will show you a list of all the families that have that box unchecked.
