Missing from Fast Data Entry

I have a single person that has both the family profile and the personal profile. They are findable in various reports like contributions. But this name does not appear in the fast data entry for Activities/Skills. I have re-indexed and still it does not. Using ver 10.4. Thanks for any help.

I'm assuming that you mean
Fast Data Entry for attendance. Is the person added to the activity you're entering attendance for? Can you find the person if you click on 'Add Person' ?
