Report for New Profiles added to Existing Family

Is there any way to check for new profiles being added to an existing family? Seems simple but for some reason I cannot find a way to check this?

Don't believe so ..

I'm not sure if you could even do a custom report on this as I don't think there is a timestamp set when a new personal profile is added.

I was thinking how the isolate these records and it would be tough. Basically, when an existing family brings a child for the first time we use CheckIn and the child is added. Later, we want to follow-up with this family thru a specific ministry focus on Families with children. I suppose we can add a welcome process internally but it would be great if Power Church could catch those that slip thru the cracks.
