Member not included in Church Directory

We are running PC Version 11.1. The church secretary is creating a new Church Directory. We have a member that is not showing up in the directory. The Maintain Family Mailing List has "Publish address in church directory" checked for this person. The "include in mailouts" is not checked because she does not want to receive mailouts. If I check the "include in mailouts" then she shows up in the directory. The "include in membership module reports" is also checked. Am I missing something or is there a bug with the church directory flag/report? What flags get checked for what can sometimes get confusing.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not. I don't believe that the 'include in mailouts' should be required for inclusion in the church directory. So,
in my opinion its a bug, but I'll flag one of the Powerchurch techs to review this thread.

There is a check box option on the Report Options screen when running the Church Directory that reads "Include families that do not receive mailouts".

Yes this is true however we don't want to include in our church directory all those that do not receive mailouts. Sounds like we will have to play games with the mailing categories. I just assumed that by selecting the "Publish address in church directory" would publish that address in the church directory.

When you run the Church Directory, people that have the "Include in Mailouts" box unchecked on the family will not be included in the report if you leave the option that reads "Include families that do not receive mailouts" unchecked. If you DO want people that have the "Include in Mailouts" box unchecked to be included in the report, check the "Include families that do not receive mailouts" option.
The "Publish address in Church Directory" setting is probably what is driving the confusion here. That does not control whether or not a person/family is included in the Church Directory. It controls whether or not their *address* is included in the Church Directory. That is what you would use to make someone's address unlisted, just like you can phone numbers unlisted.
