Is there a way to include a leader's title such as "Pastor", "Elder" or "Deacon" next to his name, when printing the directory?

Unfortunately, no. You could save the directory to a Word file, and add the title afterwards. However, what we've done in the past was create a directory cover with that information listed on the inside of the cover.
