Hi,

When printing our Church Directory, one of the entries has has the last name repeated after the first names

eg

SMITH Mr John and Mrs Jill Smith

All the other entries are OK except this one.

I have looked at the entry for duplications but it seems the same as other records.

Please advise

Check to make sure that the Mailing List and Personal Profiles have the last name as Smith, and that its not included by accident anywhere else in the name fields.
