I'm running Windows 8.1 and Power Church 11.1
My attendance has been entered weekly, but I am having trouble getting the right people to print. I didn't have this problem before our OS upgrade. I am trying to get a list of everyone who missed eight weeks in a row. I set the report up as "Defined Dates" Oct. 12, 2014 through November 30, 2014. I combined two activities 110, our 8 a.m. service and 120, our 10 a.m. service. "Only include people that are still members of the activity" is checked.
I tried Consecutive Absences two ways because the report kept choosing people who were not absence.
I tried : Consecutive absences from 3 to 52 and Consecutive absences 8 to 52. I don't understand why the report is choosing people who come all the time and not just the ones who don't. Do you think it is my Operating System or the way the report is set up?
Thank you in advance,
Myra

Re: Consecutive Absences choosing wrong people
I can tell you that the OS change doesn't change the way the program selects data.dcc wrote:I'm running Windows 8.1 and Power Church 11.1

It sounds like its selecting people who either did not attend at 8 as well as those who did not attend at 10. Which I suspect covers everyone in the church if they are members of both activities. I would check to see if that's the case, cause if they attend at 8am but are also members at 10am, they will get picked.

Re: Consecutive Absences choosing wrong people
Thanks for your help. I'll run the report again and see if you are correct. This time though, I won't ask for the two services to be combined. I'll run two separate reports - one for 8 a.m. and one for 10 a.m.
