Under integration data entry, I enter a new family. When it gets to the part about Mailing Category and Personal Status, there are drop down menus and I get to choose from this list.
When I go to click on one of the items, it either puts in the category that I have selected or it does nothing. This is very hit and miss. I have tried all different ways of left click, right click, where the pointer should be, but as I said sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I have to click at least 10 times before it finally puts the category I want it. I can be time consuming and frustrating. Any thoughts?

Which version of Powerchurch are you using ?? Have you reindexed your system lately? Is this a standalone computer, or is the computer on a network, and you're on a client access a 'server' computer?

What else is running on the computer? What version of Windows? How much memory does it have?

As you can see, there is a lot more information needed before anyone can give an idea on what to do.
