error message -meconnect

I was going to update a personal profile and got an error message #2198, Index tag is not found for cursor object 'meconnectcursor1'. Can anyone tell me what to do?

Try running a
Reindex on the database. This function is found under the
Utilities menu. Then access the personal profile again and see if you can then update.
Let us know what happens.

I reindex at least monthly, more if I'm adding a lot of new profiles. This keeps the system indices updated.
